If we agree to list your boat, these are the terms you are accepting. A full agreement and the standard sale & purchase contract will be generated automatically by our system when you proceed with a buyer.

You appoint Sail852 (Sean Baylis) as your broker to market and sell your vessel.
Commission is 5% of the final sale price, payable on completion of sale.
You confirm listing details and photos are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You confirm you have authority to sell and will disclose any encumbrances or defects material to a buyer.
Sail852 will respond to enquiries and arrange viewings; major decisions remain yours unless agreed otherwise in writing.
When a buyer is agreed, our system prepares the standard Hong Kong boat sale & purchase agreement for both parties to review and sign.
