As of January 2025, Hong Kong enforces strict drink- and drug-driving laws on the water: the prescribed limit is 22 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath, 50mg per 100ml of blood, or 67mg per 100ml of urine — with zero tolerance for illicit drugs. Your insurance is void if you're found to be under the influence in an accident.
